In the workshop, certified instructor, Jemetta Hunt, will teach you the Foundation Training exercises, and with her careful guidance, you will learn how to safely and properly practice the exercises on your own. Follow-up classes are offered on Thursdays and Saturdays at 9am for those who have attended the workshop or a private or duo session.
What is The Miracle Ball Method?
The Miracle Ball Method: A non-exercise approach to stress and pain relief. Work on specific areas of your body using 2 soft balls and focused breath to reduce excess tension in the muscles, allowing your body’s own alignment system to rebalance and heal. For all levels.

Pilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Originally used as a form of rehabilitation, Pilates builds lean, toned and balanced muscles, and focuses on breath, posture, coordination, and a strong core. Pilates uses fewer, more precise movements, requiring control and technique over increased repetition, creating a method of total body conditioning. Pilates uses correct alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement (the Pilates principles) to establish a perfect working body from the inside out. From athlete to senior, no matter what your age or condition, Pilates can give you a sense of inner strength, and help you to move with grace and ease.
Ellio Pilates Private Sessions provide you with a full-body Pilates workout that is designed around your personal health and fitness goals. Sessions may use equipment such as the Reformer, Tower, Barrels, Chair and small props. Ellio Pilates Private Sessions are beneficial to everyone from beginners to advanced students, to seniors and those who are seeking better balance and posture, safer movement, and strength to perform daily activities. You may choose to focus on general health and well-being, Pilates for Golf, Pilates for MS & Neurological Conditions and will work with highly trained Pilates teachers.
